Where To Eat in Epcot

The whole week leading up to Disney we contemplated going to Epcot or not and last minute we decided we wanted to go. I've told Austin probably a million times this past week how happy I was that we went.

What To Do:
First things first ride Soarin'. OMG. Austin and I were both stunned by how cool this ride was. Nemo and Test Track were also pretty cool. If you see a short line for Frozen then ride it, but I don't think it was really worth the wait. And of course you have to walk around all the Nations and try the yummy food! Ps- We always forgot to get pictures of the food before we ate it, we we're too excited!

Where To Eat:
I think our experience in Epcot was a little different because we they had all of the holiday booths set up. We ate our way around stopping at those booths and trying one thing from each country. We got Sushi in Japan which was really good, cheese fondue, a cheese plate in Germany, and enchiladas in Mexico. The cheese fondue was definitely my favorite, I completely forget where we got it from!!! I can't wait to go back and try more food from all of the countries.

I feel like Epcot was a little rushed (you can tell by the lack of pictures), and I know there is so much stuff that we missed. Do you guys have an recommendations for when we're in Epcot next? I would love to hear!
